Hidden Data Field in Relativity Set to Yes for No Apparent Reason

Note that during processing Relativity may set the 'Has Hidden Data' field to 'Yes' for files which don't appear to actually have hidden content. One possible cause for this may be white text in a document.

Data that Relativity cannot associate with a particular field will be put in the OtherProps field. It may contain references to hidden data., that will give you a clue as to what, if anything, is actually hidden.
