Getting rid of dual scroll bars for a Relativity document list

This is a very simple tip for what must be a widespread and very frustrating problem. Sometimes when you log into a Relativity workspace, the document list will have dual (dueling?) vertical scroll bars:

If you try to scroll down to the middle of a long list, it's not possible to scroll to the right to see additional metadata for a document, because the bottom scroll bar will be missing.

This maddening dilemma can be avoided by clicking the three bar menu on the top right of the list and selecting 'Maximize'.

Then there will be just one vertical and one horizontal scroll bar. Knowing this won't help you become a Relativity master, but the solution really isn't entirely intuitive and you can waste a lot of time if you don't know the fix.
