Get Through Document Batches Quickly with Pre-Conversion to HTML5

A Relativity admin can adjust the NumberOfDocumentsToAutoPreconvert instance setting to change the number of documents that will be pre-converted for the viewer when a batch is checked out. The default setting is 1000.

Pre-converting documents will render them in HTML5, so documents can be loaded and navigated through more quickly. If you need to review a large set quickly it may make sense to increase the default number in this instance setting.

The mass operations bar at the bottom of the screen in a Relativity workspace can also include an option to convert documents to HTML5. Keep in mind that the conversion process can take up significant space on the server.
