How Relativity Uses Your Private Data

Relativity’s privacy policy will give you some insight into how the use of America’s leading electronic discovery platform makes use of your personal data.


1. Personal information is collected through support tickets.

2. While personal data will not be sold, it can be used for Relativity’s business purposes.

3. Personal data can be shared with service providers in certain circumstances.

4. A request to access, correct, or delete personal data can be submitted at: https://resources.relativity.com/gdpr-personal-data-inquiry.html



5. Relativity states that, “We only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the legitimate business purpose for which it was collected, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.”. After this open-ended period it will take steps to either anonymize or delete the data.
