SysExporter is another great free utility from NirSoft. It is designed to help you export lists displayed in WinZip, Outlook, Windows Explorer, Registry Editor, Internet Explorer, and more.
It's very easy to use. From the task bar select the target icon:
. . .then simply drag this to the window of the application you need to export a list from.
You'll then have the option to export the list from SysExporter to a .csv file.
