E-Sticker is a great tool for Adobe Acrobat which can help you easily add exhibit stickers to PDFs which look just like the stickers used by deposition reporters and paralegals at trial. See: https://exhibitsticker.com/ .

A free version is available. After it's installed, it will be added with the stamp tool in the annotations for Adobe Acrobat XI.

When the sticker is selected you will be prompted to enter an exhibit number in a dialog box.

The sticker can be positioned anywhere on a page.

When you don't have a license for Trial Director or another program that can bulk sticker PDFs, even the free version of E-Sticker can come in very handy.

The paid version of E-Sticker will automatically advance to the next number, and includes an array of additional options.

I devised the below vba code, (a modified version of the code posted here: https://trumpexcel.com/insert-blank-row-after-every-row/ ) to automatically enter X number of rows after each selected row on a worksheet.

Change the number at the end of

EntireRow.Resize(6).

to set the number of rows you want to insert, then increase the number after:

ActiveCell.Offset(7, 0)

by one more number than the number of rows you want to add.

Sub InsertAlternateRows()

'This code will insert a row after every row in the selection

'This code has been created by Sumit Bansal from trumpexcel.com

Dim rng As Range

Dim CountRow As Integer

Dim i As Integer

Set rng = Selection

CountRow = rng.EntireRow.Count

For i = 1 To CountRow

ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).EntireRow.Resize(6).Insert

ActiveCell.Offset(7, 0).Select

Next i

End Sub

RelativityOne has made the frequently arduous task of redacting Excel spreadsheets easier. Redact XLS Navigator can be added to a workspace below the metadata field layout in the document viewer. On the lower right where the family documents are referenced. you'll find an option to pull up the navigator. It will allow you to select and delete comments, headers and footers, and other objects and comments, which Relativity lists and groups together.

Don't miss that there's also a button at the bottom of the screen which can be used to redact the name of a worksheet. Individual columns can also be redacted. If you are assigned to hunt through a spreadsheet for only a few rows which need to be retained, while the rest of data should be redacted, there is an inverse redaction option available.
