If you're looking for judicial decisions or statutes from the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland visit, http://www.bailii.org/ , the British and Irish Legal Information Institute. The site allows you to run searches for specific legal citations as well as full text and Boolean searches.

You may want to spend some time reviewing the case studies prepared by the Irish Data Protection Commission. The studies provide brief factual scenarios surrounding actual data breaches which were addressed by the Commission, and the steps taken to resolve problems caused by the breaches.
