Hide Shapes on a Spreadsheet

Images, shapes, and comments that have been inserted on a worksheet can be important elements of the data being represented, but they can also be clutter that will obscure the underlying data. If you want to quickly remove them, press ALT + F10.

. . . a pane will appear on the right allowing you select individual objects, or all of them at once.

Click Hide All, or Show All to toggle the display of the objects.
