Electronic discovery involves production from databases - but here's a database of legal e-discovery decisions: https://ediscovery.klgates.com/ The law firm K&L Gates has prepared this database of more than 2000 state and federal court decisions touching upon electronic decisions. You can search for cases with particular key words, those involving particular e discovery issues (such as data preservation, backup tapes, meta data, etc.), or those concerning one of the sections of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that address e-discovery. After running a search check for links to detailed summaries on K&L Gates's site.
